• Have the legal capacity to enter into agreements
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

VexaPay provides a platform to:

• Accept crypto payments using a unique username (@handle)
• Generate payment links
• Integrate crypto payments into websites and applications

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes

You must NOT:

• Use VexaPay for illegal activities
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform
• Use stolen funds or unauthorized wallets

• VexaPay charges transaction fees and/or subscription fees as per selected plans
• Fees are clearly displayed on the pricing page
• All crypto transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain

• VexaPay is a non-custodial platform
• We do not store private keys or control your funds
• Users are solely responsible for their wallets and transactions

Crypto transactions involve risks, including:

• Price volatility
• Network delays
• Regulatory uncertainty

You may NOT use VexaPay for:

• Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
• Money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Any activity violating local or international laws

We implement strong security measures, but:

• Users are responsible for safeguarding their credentials
• VexaPay is not liable for losses due to user negligence

We aim for high uptime, but:

• Services may be interrupted for maintenance or upgrades
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VexaPay shall not be liable for:

• Loss of funds due to user error
• Blockchain network issues
• Unauthorized access due to compromised credentials

We may:

• Update features
• Change pricing
• Modify or discontinue services

Users will be notified of major changes.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• Required by law

You may stop using our services at any time.
